To have faith is to be sure of the things we hope for, to be certain of things we cannot see. Hebrews 11:1

Even gold which can be destroyed is tested with fire, so your faith which is much more precious than gold must also be tested. The purpose of testing from God is to prove that your faith is only to endure.

You have put us to the test, God, as silver is purified by fire so you have tested us. Psalm 66:10. As we know that faith without action is dead. Grace and faith work together in action. There are four stories in the Gospels, seeing their faith and actions, Jesus says, “your faith has saved you.” These are Bartimaeus, who was a blind beggar; a sinful woman who anointed Jesus’s feet; a Samaritan who was healed of leprosy and a woman who suffered from chronic bleeding.

It was by that these four persons in the Gospel received healing from Jesus by their actions too and not by faith alone.
