Do not forget to do good and to share with others. Hebrews 13:16

A large crowd followed Jesus up a hill and when the sun was beginning to set, Jesus asked the disciples to give them food before sending them away. The crowds were so multitude that even two hundred silver coins would not be enough to buy food for everybody to have even a little.

There was a boy in the crowd who had five loaves of barley bread and two fish. Kindness of heart drove him generously gave all he had to Jesus, the Lord. He loved and he wanted to share his food.

Sharing is something not easy. It is easier to hold on what we are having them to give away. Given away his five loaves and two fish which Jesus took over, looked up to heaven, thanked God for them, broke and gave to the disciples to distribute to the people. They all ate and had enough with twelve baskets of what was left over.

Paul reminded us that all we have comes from God, who wants to enrich ” in every way so that we can be generous. ” As he is generous. Believe that God is good and learn the lesson from the boy who gave his all : five loaves and two fish that Jesus used to feed more than five thousand men ( John 6:1-13)

He also urged those who believe in God must excel in good deeds; that is what matters and profitable to them. To share goodness joyfully because God promises to care for them in abundance as they are generous to others in sharing.

Great satisfaction comes from sharing with others.
